George Brannon Jr. Chief Operating Officer George Brannon, Jr. joined the company in January 2002 after attending the University of Mississippi. Initially, George's responsibilities included upgrading the company’s computer systems while, subsequently, assisting in opening real estate closing offices for the company. In mid 2003, after becoming a licensed Florida Title Agent, George, Jr. assumed the position of Senior Vice President, Operations. Aside from his many accomplishments within SETCO Services, George was recently named Vice Chair of Marketing for the Destin Chamber of Commerce, where he has been elected to a three year term. |

Catherine Brannon Chief Executive Officer Catherine Brannon brings to her position over seventeen years experience in the title industry with a focus on marketing and business development. Catherine is a licensed Florida Title Agent as well as a proud Registered Nurse. Catherine served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales prior to taking over as CEO for SETCO Services. Catherine graduated from the University of Memphis, enjoyed an eighteen year career as a healthcare professional for several institutions including Methodist Health Systems and Federal Express, and raised four wonderful children, prior to moving to Florida. Catherine’s upbeat, energetic personality and her focus on customer service are unparalleled. She utilizes this God-given ability to grow and maintain personal relationships with the goal of customer satisfaction. |

Jeff Boll Attorney at Law Jeff Boll joined the company in 2006 and is currently the Manager and Closing Attorney for the Perdido Key Office of SETCO Services. Jeff graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA in Finance. He obtained an MBA from Samford University and graduated from Cumberland School of Law in May 2005. Jeff is a licensed attorney in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. |

Pamela Jarvis Financial Manager Pamela Jarvis, born in Ohio, moved to Destin in 1975 after marrying her high school sweetheart, charter boat captain, Gary Jarvis. Pam joined the company in 2001 as a Financial Manager after working as an Account Manager for Abbott Realty. As well as being a huge asset to SETCO Services, Pam manages Gary's charter boat, "Back Down2". Pam has three sons, Trenton, Tyler, and Bryce; a daughter-in-law, Miranda; and two beautiful grandsons, Garrett and Noah. |

JoAnn Ferguson Seacrest Beach Escrow Officer/Manager JoAnn Ferguson moved to Destin, Florida in 1998 and began working with SETCO shortly thereafter. For the previous 26 years, JoAnn handled the accounts of two large Real Estate Companies in Stuart, Florida. JoAnn worked as a Processor and Closing Coordinator for major residential and commercial real estate developers in South Florida as well as for prominent law firms in that area. JoAnn is a Florida licensed Title Agent, and she is currently an Escrow Officer and the Office Manager of SETCO Services’ Seacrest Beach office. |

Maureen Richardson Account Representative for Panama City Beach Maureen Richardson, Escrow Officer in Panama City Beach, joined SETCO Services in 2004. Maureen, born and raised in southern California, moved to Michigan for fifteen years before finally landing in Florida. Maureen thoroughly enjoys working for SETCO; however, on her time off, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, visiting with friends, and going to beach with her husband of over twenty-five years, Bill Richardson. |

Sherril Richardson Panama City Beach Closing Assistant Sherril Richardson is a native of Panama City, Florida. Prior to joining SETCO in 2006, Sherril worked in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll/HR, and as an Executive Assistant. Sherril learned the importance of organization as well as customer service. She enjoys working with people and strives to give them the best service possible. Sherril's hobbies include reading, sailing, umpiring baseball, and cooking and baking. Most importantly, Sherril loves being a mother and "Mema” to her six beautiful grandchildren. |

Holly Jalbert Destin Escrow Officer Holly Jalbert, born in Michigan and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts, moved to Fort Walton Beach in 2001. Prior to working in the title business, Holly was a Certified Nursing Assistant for fifteen years. Holly joined SETCO in 2004 and is currently the Escrow Officer in the Destin/Miramar Beach office. Holly is a proud mom to Michael Jalbert, born in September of 2007. |

Patricia A. Embree Post Closing Manager Patricia "Pat" Embree was born and raised in Holland, Michigan. Since leaving Michigan, Pat lived in Colorado, Texas, and Alabama before she and her husband, Scott, settled in Destin. Prior to joining SETCO in 2001, Pat worked for several years in the oil and gas industry as well as the title insurance business. Today, Pat is SETCO’s Post Closing Manager and a licensed Title Agent in the state of Florida. |

Jinnifer Sullivan Disbursing/Post Closing Jinnifer Sullivan, originally from Richmond, Indiana, moved to the Emerald Coast in 1984. Jinnifer is a mother to four beautiful daughters and a wife to her wonderful husband of eight years, John Sullivan. Jinnifer started out in banking in 1999 as a Post Closer. Wanting to learn the title and escrow side of the business, Jinnifer joined SETCO in 2004, and she hopes to become a licensed Title Agent in the near future. When she is not at SETCO, Jinnifer enjoys crocheting, cross stitching and reading. |

Jan Morris Seacrest Closing Assistant Jan Morris joined the SETCO team as a Closing Assistant in the Seacrest Beach office. Originally from Colorado, Jan became a RE/MAX broker in 1995 before relocating to Hawaii in 2003 and then Tucson in 2005. In the Fall of 2010, Jan spent two months in Colorado with children and grandchildren before deciding to move to Destin to spend time with her brother and his family. Jan has two sons, one daughter, and eight grandchildren as well as a wonderful dog, Lucky! |

Paco Schulz Escrow Officer/Processor Paco Schulz joins SETCO Services as a Processor and Escrow Officer at our Seacrest Beach Office. Originally from Wisconsin, Paco received his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Since graduation, Paco has spent the previous 8 years learning the lending side of our industry as a Closing Coordinator as well as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations for a local bank. In his free time, Paco enjoys working out and working on his golf game. |

Nancy Arbogast Destin Closing Assistant SETCO welcomed back Nancy Arbogast to the Destin team as a Closing Assistant in 2011. Originally from Sheridan, Wyoming, Nancy was a Deputy with the Clerk and Recorder as well as an Optometric Assistant and Bookkeeper for an Optometrist. Nancy found her way to the title industry when she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah. Nancy continued working in the title industry when she moved to Destin where she worked with SETCO for 5.5 years before moving back to Wyoming. While back in Wyoming, she worked at the County Treasurer's office. Nancy has 3 wonderful children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grand child. Nancy adores her 3 dachshunds, and in her spare time, she loves to garden. |

Katie Thompson Katie Thompson, born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2008. Katie graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee in 2001 with a BA in Political Science and Minor in Greek and Roman Studies/Latin. Katie's world revolves around SETCO, Furry Fanatics,Katie's Kids and K9s, and her polydactyl mutt yellow dog, Bacon Bits. |

Brandy Randall Panama City Beach Closing Assistant SETCO's Panama City Office welcomes Brandy Randall as their new Closing Assistant. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Brandy graduated from Florida State University in 2006 and has since been working in mortgage lending as a mortgage processor. Brandy has one beautiful, three-year-old daughter who, of course, is the center of Brandy's world. Together, they enjoy trying new adventures, spending time on the beach, being with family and friends, movie nights, picnics, and college football, especially the FSU games! |

Lizmarie Serrano Closing Assistant-Seacrest Beach Lizmarie, originally from San Diego, CA, moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2008 after falling in love with the beaches of South Walton. Prior to joining SETCO, Lizmarie worked in the mortgage and real estate industry. Lizmarie's hobbies and interests include photography, snowboarding, traveling, music and the beach. She is madly in love with her maltipoo, Mr. Biggie. |

Allie Sanders Director of Public Relations Allie Sanders recently joined SETCO services as the Director of Public Relations. She moved to Destin from Valdosta, Georgia. Allie attended Valdosta State University and obtained her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations in 2009 and Masters of Public Administration degree in 2011. She enjoys running, going to concerts and of course, going to the beach. She is excited to be a part of SETCO. |

Bridgett Posey Marketing Bridgett Posey has worked with SETCO for many years and is currently assisting SETCO's marketing department. After Bridgett received her BBA from the University of Mississippi in Managerial Finance, she began working for SETCO in 2003. She has worked in a variety of marketing roles and continues to be active in real estate. When Bridgett is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Lee, working out and traveling. Bridgett and Lee are expecting their first child in December 2011. |
