At Setco Services security is paramount. Your title and escrow documents exist within our paperless closer database and thus are protected indefinitely or until the property or moneys are transferred by an authorized user.

Within the system files can be accessed during the normal life cycle of the loan and escrow processes. Once completed, however secured documents and records transfer to owner only access. Information can be shared electronically but by only at the owner's request.
